SYSTEST PTE LTD (formally a.k.a DNIV Test Service Pte Ltd.), a leader in this field, was established in 2004. Started with just 5 head counts as the authorised Sales Representative of Teradyne Asia Pte Ltd in the Board Test Assembly Division covering Singapore, Batam (Indonesia), Johor & Penang state of Malaysia.

The business grew steadily which prompted company stakeholders to expand new opportunity into the In-Circuit Test (ICT) market. There was a strong demand by Teradyne users sourcing for quality test program and reliable ICT fixture. At the end of 2007, LDX Technologies Pte Ltd. (LDX) was founded, together with a few passionate individuals whom brought along a wealth of fixturing knowledge.

LDX was ready to launch its new business in 2008, a global financial crisis struck soon after the collapse of Lehman Brothers. LDX was fortunate to survived the ordeal with strong financial support from SYSTEST. Both companies recovered strongly in 2010 to begin re-establishing its branding in Southeast Asia.

In 2014, Teradyne decided to cease our partnership in order to serve their customers directly. While our journey ends, ITOCHU Japan came looking for a new partner to represent TAKAYA flying probe tester in the Southeast Asia. We managed to secure the distributorship by demonstrating our key competence in test and having a trusted credential built over the years. Since then, the number of TAKAYA testers installed grew year-on-year with no turning back.

1st January 2020, LDX Technologies was merged into SYSTEST to operate independently under the Fixture Test division. The consolidation was essential for the company new growth, function more efficiently by offering a full suite of test products and services to our customers.
